Injectables can be used on the face, lips, hands and dècolletè.

These procedures are quick, usually taking less than 30 minutes. You will be offered either an anaesthetic cream or in some cases a local anaesthetic to reduce any discomfort. The benefits can be seen immediately. Occasionally there might be some redness or swelling but this usually disappears in 1-2 days. You will be able to resume normal activities immediately. Top-up treatments vary and are required 2 to 3 times a year.

Used safely and effectively for over thirty years to treat many medical disorders, muscle relaxing injections are now commonly used to smooth away lines and wrinkles on the face with amazing results. It may sometimes also create lift over the eye area and helps provide a youthful glow. Treatment takes up to two weeks to relax the area treated and although it is effectively a ‘preventative’ treatment, it can soften existing lines over time. Treatments are usually required 2-4 times annually to maintain this effect.

Evolence: Emulating the properties of the collagen found naturally in your skin, Evolence requires no pre-testing. This treatment can reduce fine lines, wrinkles and enhance facial contours. The results from Evolence last at least 12 months setting a new standard for the longevity of collagen treatments.

Juvederm, Teosyal, Belotero, Restylane: Youthful skin is rich in hyaluronic acid. As we age, the distribution and function of hyaluronic acid in our skin gradually changes, leading to the signs of aging. These dermal fillers work by replenishing your skin’s own stocks of hyaluronic acid, directly adding volume to either soften the signs of aging or enhance your features. Top-up treatments are suggested every 6-12 months depending on the product.

Radiesse: This dermal filler contains particles of synthetic calcium suspended in a gel and its history includes use in surgery and dental surgery. Radiesse also stimulates collagen production in your skin to help increase volume and tone over time. It has the benefit of being a longer lasting filler, with results lasting up to 18 months.

Sculptra: Poly-L-lactic acid has been widely used for many years in dissolvable stitches, soft tissue implants and other types of implants. Whilst not a true dermal filler but a volumiser, it is used to restore facial volume and reduce lines and wrinkles by stimulating the skin’s own collagen production. It can also improve skin texture and volumise the face. Dècolletè skin can also be greatly rejuvenated. It is biocompatible and biodegradable. The effect can last for 2-3 years.
